    New On-Demand Video: Appliqué

Appliqué has a rich history in traditional quilting, so how do quilters utilize this technique in modern quilting? Ginny Robinson, an individual MQG member, shares the characteristics of modern appliqué and why a modern quilter might choose this technique. Ginny walks through the tools and materials needed to do different styles of appliqué as well as does a quick demonstration of raw edge appliqué.

Since Buder Library has had plumbing problems, and HVAC improvements, our meeting location will be changing off and on for the next few months.

Our meeting on March 6 will be from 5:00 - 7:30 in the Buder Library second floor quiet room at the northeast corner of the building.

We will try to get the location updated on the events, so please take note.

For those of you that registered and paid for the Kitty Wilkin events, refunds have been issued. They are coming from our payment processor Affinipay and I have no idea how they will show up on your credit card statement. The refunds were issued to the credit card that was originally used.

It may take a day or two, after that if you don't see it in your account, let me know at webdirector@stlmqg.org.
